Warmoth Guitar Products, maker of the best custom guitar and bass parts on the planet, is now holding auditions for a guitar playing Customer Service Rep. We need an all-around guitar specialist who will ensure our customers get a killer experience every time they contact us. The ideal candidate thrives on helping musicians of all skill levels and from all corners of the world to achieve maximum guitar satisfaction. Think you’ve got the chops? Tell us why you’re the one.
We hold band practice every day so you must be local. Onsite Position. No Telecommuting. No Agencies, 3rd parties or recruiters.
Job Description:
Warmoth Customer Service Representatives support our customers by providing helpful product information and recommendations, answering order questions, and processing orders, order changes and returns via phone and email. They provide our customers with the best possible experience through strong product and process knowledge, attention to detail and friendly and positive demeanor.
Customer Service Skills We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years Customer Service experience preferably with call-center experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Skilled in professional email and phone etiquette
• Positive attitude towards customer service and helping musicians of all skill levels
• Organized with great attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Typing at least 35 wpm and ten-key by touch
• Strong PC, Internet and MS Office Suite skills
• Team oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism

Guitar Skills and Knowledge We’re Looking For:

• Experienced guitar player and/or bass player
• Guitar Tech experience (set-up, assembly, repair, replace, mods, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of guitar/bass anatomy
• Familiar with many different guitar manufacturers and models
