Position Summary:

We are a fast-growing, specialized medical devices company seeking a Warehouse Associate. This is an outstanding opportunity for a sharp, reliable individual who enjoys a fast paced, challenging position that is never boring and provides plenty of variety!

This is a full-time position; the hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Once hired, a competitive employee benefits package is available. The company is utilizing a computerized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to help with order entry, order fulfillment, inventory management, Shipping & Receiving. This person will work with the current Shipping/ Receiving/ Warehouse team to support our overall operations, including tasks critical to the successful functioning of our ERP system and order fulfillment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving Duties

• Receive incoming shipments and route to the appropriate department.
• Match product received with purchase order and vendor packing slip, RMA, RTS to verify received product accuracy.
• Assist with quality inspections on incoming shipments.
• Manage receiving purchase orders documentation flow to accounting and quality control.
• Interact with Logistics team to verify received product accuracy and quality.

Warehouse Duties

• Accurately maintain inventory and inventory records utilizing online computer system and scanner.
• Prepare and verify supplies before distribution.
• Participate in periodic cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Stocking goods.
• Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Keeping work areas clean and well organized at all times.

Shipping Duties

• Support daily shipping priorities and schedule.
• Collect, validate accuracy, and prepare finalized products for shipment.
• Pick & Pack and ship orders from online store.
• Professionally and securely package products.
• Use on-line computer system for shipping (UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other providers).
• Correctly complete Airway Bill/Bill of Lading and all applicable documentation for carriers.

Requirements:

• Must be quick learner and have a desire to work on multiple tasks and expand knowledge.
• Must have the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be committed to self-improvement and helping the company succeed.
• Willingness to work overtime, and occasional weekends as requested by Management.

Qualifications:

• Require a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience ideal.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Team player.

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Medical device experience is a plus.
• FedEx, UPS and other carriers issuing labels and bill of ladings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
