Performs the work necessary to design, develop, document, test, integrate, and modify operating systems and application software for aviation training systems.

Overseeing the background clearance and renewal processed for new hires, contractors, and visitors to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students and staff.

Maintains personnel files in compliance and all other legal requirements and ensure files are in a constant state of survey readiness;

Working knowledge of multiple state registration polices. Demonstrates strong communication skills and business etiquette. Orders office supplies and equipment.

Establish and monitor internal controls, and ensure all state and federal regulatory requirements are met relating to the business operations of the home.
