ARBICO Organics is Seeking an In-house Graphic Designer for Immediate Hire (Oro Valley, AZ)

Description:

This in-house position is for a full time, experienced graphic designer for a growing online retailer in the garden and agriculture sector. The job is on site in Oro Valley, in an office environment, and during business hours (8am – 4:30pm).

This position executes all graphic needs for the company from start to finish under the direction of the Marketing Manager as part of the wider, multidisciplinary marketing department.

Job Function:

The right candidate will be excited by the breadth and variation of media produced all year long. We are looking for someone excited to find harmony in maintaining brand consistency and stretching creative borders to deliver fresh and consistent design across all channels.

The graphic designer will take projects from concept to final execution and be responsible for all revisions andfinal deliverables according to the specifications required. Materials include catalogs, email blasts, print magazine advertisements, website graphics, packaging labels, product imagetreatments, social media graphics, tradeshow and event materials and more!

Experience:

Looking for a self-motivated designer who understands multi-channel branding and the capacity for perpetualcampaign development to a consumer audience.Experience producing final print-ready artwork, especially long documents required. Must be able to work interdependently within the department, manage multiple projects and deadlines and be committed to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge & Skills: Key Qualifications

· Must have expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop as well as familiarity with Adobe Illustrator. Comfortable in Microsoft Office applications.

· Familiarity of HTML a plus.

· Capable of working in a Microsoft operating system

· Willingness to learn and utilize additional software systems including Klaviyo (email software), Natural Solutions (CRM)
