Certifications, Licensures, and Registrations: *YMCA Organizational Leader certification preferred; Senior human resources (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred

Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Understand and use company tools such as; average cost inventory system (ACIS) and ordering (CAO).

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred. Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.

Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans. Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing. Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
