Product Marketing Manager

_*Position Summary_*
Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of product specific marketing strategy, sales materials, competitive analysis and product launches. The PMM must develop the product and application expertise to lead cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for new product introductions to the market and day-to-day sales and marketing needs. This will include collaborating with all stakeholders to develop product messaging and branding, value propositions, and sales strategies.

_*Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses_*

• Bachelor’s degree
• More than 10 years of experience
• Project Management: Accurate, on time, & thorough completion of projects
• High levels of self-directed initiative & problem solving
• Ability to author compelling content on new products and existing products
• Develop market analysis including market research, market problem definition, market sizing and business competitive analysis
• Clear, concise, and pro-active communication
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint, etc.
• 5+ years of experience with sales, product marketing, product line management, logistics

Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses

• Lift Truck Operation Certification
• 10+ years of related Industry experience
• Experience in both machine sales and product support. Warehouse Products application expert
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
• Portuguese/French/Japanese/German a plus
• Able to work effectively across different cultural environments
• Strong Sales & Commercial Acumen in product marketing or line management role
• Experience contributing to the development of mobile media applications (Apps for I-pad)
• Experience developing & publishing various media for dealer sales representatives and customers

_*Equipment and Tools Used/Working Condition_*

• Works in an office environment using phone, computer, I-Pad, and office supplies
• Forklift operation when required
• Participates as expert presenter to internal Region Sales Managers, Dealer Sales Managers, Dealer Sales reps, and Customers
• Up to 25% travel required
