Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for general accounting tasks, including, but not, limited to:

· Multi-company Accounts Payable, focusing on accuracy and timeliness of entry

· Daily reconciling of transactions over multiple entities and accounts

· Resolving discrepancies

· Reviewing general ledger accounts

· Assisting in month-end close functions

· Assisting with Administrative tasks directed by CEO and CFO

· Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Accounting or bookkeeping background
• Degree in Accounting preferred (or working toward an associate’s/bachelor’s degree)
• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to multitask

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour; commensurate with experience.
