Glacier Precast Concrete is now hiring for full time Precast Production Crew Members to support the production team at their facility in Kalispell, MT! The ideal candidate will bring their strong work ethic, relevant previous experience, and their willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor
• Task and time management skills with the ability to meet customer deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Strong work ethic
• A willingness to learn and support many areas of the company as needed
• Ability to perform physical labor duties safely including lifting/carrying 50 pounds frequently
• Valid driver's license
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

A Production Crew Member will be responsible for:

• Preparing forms that concrete is poured into to create product
• Loading forms with appropriate amount of concrete
• Follow instruction and direction from production management to ensure customer deadlines are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Operating forklift and cranes to move finished products into assigned areas of the facility as necessary
• Maintaining shop equipment and repairing concrete forms as needed

Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
