PROJECT ARCHITECT

Opechee Construction Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional with 7+ years of experience to join our design/build firm in the lakes region of New Hampshire.

Opechee Construction Corporation is an integrated design/build firm that employs architects, engineers, construction professionals, and real estate professionals to design and construct new commercial buildings throughout New England. As part of its integrated approach, Opechee only constructs what it designs, and has built a strong reputation in the industry by consistently meeting its customers’ functional, economic, and aesthetic needs with each new project.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop computer generated 3D building models & graphic illustrations through design phases.
• Prepare technical drawings to be used in construction plans for various disciplines.
• Have a good understanding of Structural & MEP systems to develop & coordinate schematic design concepts.
• Create visual guidelines & technical details for construction co-ordination purposes.
• Consult technical handbooks, codes & tables while in construction document development phase.
• Communicate & collaborate with team members

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 7+ years’ experience, recently licensed or working towards becoming a licensed architect.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office & rendering software.
• Experience with ADA, building & zoning codes.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position starts at $100,000, with a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k, unlimited PTO and Remote work option.
