Evaluate Residents & develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs. Observe & assess Residents' progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly.

This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the

16-state coverage, primarily South and Midwest lanes with a typical dispatch within 500 miles of your domicile. Must live within 50-mile radius.

Job duties include patient greeting, registration, scheduling, as well as collection of copays and payments.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all calls are answered timely, accurately, and in a friendly and professional manner.
