\*Various administrative duties such as answering phones, taking messages, filing, scanning, copying, mailing and data entry.

Be alert of guest signals (raising a hand, looking directly at you, etc.), and acknowledge the guest so they know you will be right with them.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
