The Role

Enterprise Cybersecurity provides worldwide technology and support to all businesses under the Fidelity Investments umbrella. The Cybersecurity Consultant will primarily focus on balancing Access Control Assurance requirements with supporting users’ access and security needs, by providing minimum required access to computing systems and applications to fulfill their job functions. This role will focus primarily on reporting and data analysis supporting key access controls.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Experience in designing and implementing business friendly access reporting from requirements gathering to production
• Understanding and assessing data in relation to business processes, controls, identifying risks and linking business risks.
• Experience in utilizing agile methodology to deliver results
• Required working knowledge of interacting with SQL databases
• Expertise with reporting/data gathering software such as Tableau, DOMO, Power BI
• Customer Service skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders to align with the designed security model.
• Identify and implement solutions for process improvement and increased efficiencies
• Handle complex requests for user’s access and security needs according to corporate policy directives
• College Degree preferred

The Team

The Access Assurance team is responsible for overall coordination of Logical Access controls within Fidelity Enterprise Cybersecurity. We partner with Operations, Risk, and Audit to ensure controls are in place and operating effectively while we move toward modernizing platforms and tooling. Our team members utilize strong written/verbal communication to easily work across the business and produce results.
