Job Purpose:

TFI Door is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Senior PM).

In this role, the Senior PM will work closely with our project managers and shop personnel to ensure that TFI Door meets the needs of our customers and maintains quality on every project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Management Duties:
• Provides project management services that meet or exceed Builders’ expectations throughout the life of the project and remains the single point of contact for the project
• Employ sound risk management principles that meet or exceed project/business profitability goals, and establish and ensure milestone dates and deliverables are met
• Supports and engages in a collaborative work environment between all internal company functions and builds trust among peers and customers by developing strong relationships
• Establish and monitor milestone dates and communicate schedule to builders

• Quality Assurance Duties:
• Problem solves field issues and resolve claims
• Review entry-level Project Manager submittals prior to submission to customer by focusing on real-world application and functionality
• Identify and communicate any potential issues between plan/specifications/real-world applications to job-specific Project Manager
• Track incomplete orders across large jobs by ensuring orders are placed prior to quote expiration or that customers are notified beyond 30 Days in advance
• Review entry-level Project Manager material orders prior to order submission by ensuring products are in line with approved submittals
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to train and mentor new Project Managers and Project Manager Assistants

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ Years of construction experience
• 5+ Years of frames, doors, and hardware
• General knowledge of the design build process in construction
• Proficiency with the following systems (Protech, Allegion 360, Steelcraft OEW, ASSA Connect, Curries EDGE, Masonite Door Builder, VT Online)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
