The purpose of this position is to develop and ensure implementation of the JT International USA sales strategies and programs within the incumbent's sales

*Drive growth through high-volume, fast-paced sales via *_*warm outbound and inbound calls*_. Work with sales, operations, marketing, product, and engineering

Check-in guests at front desk. The ability to stand for several hours at a time and carry up to 20lbs up the stairs for party guests.

Knowledge of principles and processes for guest and personal services; this includes guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and

& engineers, surveyors, consultants, general contractors, owners, lenders, and municipal/regulatory representatives for successful project execution.
