Gather data and insights and conduct analysis of moderate complexity that inform product strategy and development. Strong conceptual and analytical skills.

Must have a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN or RN license, with a RN license strongly preferred. Ensure that resident care needs are met by coordinating services

A valid driver's license. CPR certified or willing to get certified upon placement. Clean driving, civil, and criminal background.

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and also responsible for scanning, electronic filing, telephone answering, and general office administration

Give verbal and/or written instructions and answer patients questions pertaining to provider recommendations. CMA/RMA/LPN licensed in the State of Wisconsin.
