Your role includes…

  • Implementing, coordinating, and leading Human Resources initiatives on all levels.
  • Driving and coordinating the successful implementation of change.
  • Working with the team to improve the firm’s talent pipeline and drive positive morale and retention.
  • Collaborating with the firm’s partners to improve firm-wide communications and change management so we can better collaborate as a team.
  • Owning personnel, policy, and benefit programs and administration.
  • Overseeing and managing the firm’s career development program.
  • Maintaining a connection with staff at all levels while proactively working to uncover, report, and resolve HR challenges.

Your experience includes…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification (preferred).
  • Work as a generalist or coordinator, along with the motivation and drive to make a positive impression as you take our company to the next level.
  • proven ability to develop, write and implement people policies and drive organizational change.
  • Being a confident team player with an approachable demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Experience working with a remote and/or blended workforce in a service industry is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in a professional services firm with 100+ employees is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
