The Leggett Group is a busy psychotherapy practice with locations in Roslindale and Framingham. We are a unique professional environment dedicated to providing excellent care to clients, mutual growth as staff members, and to making a difference in our communities.
We are currently seeking a professional, highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a receptionist in our Framingham site. Responsibilities for this important role include office management tasks (answering phones, welcoming clients, collecting copayments, organizing financials), staff support, and outreach and marketing projects as they arise. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, hardworking, a quick and assertive learner, will possess a positive outlook, will be highly attentive to details, and will enjoy interacting with people.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity (previous experience in a medical setting a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and attend to small details
- Word, Excel, other practice management software. Familiarity with MAC computers is a plus
- Internet research skills, marketing experience
- Adheres to dress code and general professional behavior and presentation
- Spanish or Portuguese highly desirable.
