Coordinate and organize information within the Administration office suite including answering calls/emails, returning voicemails/emails, scheduling meetings

Performs necessary duties associated with checking patients in and out. Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other

No "serious" violations (i.e., reckless or careless driving, DUI, driving commercial vehicle with out CDL in drivers possession, etc.) in the past 5 years.

You must be comfortable with accounting tasks, making phone calls, working with vendors, answering customer questions and offering customer advice.

Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. Perform light manufacturing work in a team-based environment. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
