Outpatient Physical Therapy company with varied delivery settings such as outpatient clinic, home health and aquatic providing physical therapy to a wide variety of patients and diagnoses in Durham, NC, near Raleigh.


Compensation:
$40 - $50 per patient

Benefits Offered:


This is an Independent Contractor position so traditional benefits are not available. You do have real life benefits of flexible scheduling, working one on one with patients and a big variety of diagnoses to treat.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
  • Min 2 years in outpatient and preferably some aquatic experience
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
  • We use ChiroTouch.
Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:


We have a unique business model that allows for a lot of flexibility and autonomy over your work. Together with Chiropractors, who refer their patients to us, and a Senior Living Community where the aquatic therapy is done and the staff at the outpatient physical therapy we are able to service a wide variety of patients suffering from an even wider variety of ailments.

In all we provide general and orthopedic physical therapy, aquatic therapy, and in-home physical therapy.
This is an independent contractor type position allowing you to pretty much make your own schedule and manage your own case load.
On average you would see 6 - 8 patients per day, and your work week would be divided between outpatient clinic therapy, some home visits and aquatic therapy in the pool. We service adults only, no pediatrics.
There is never a dull moment here, lots of variety and opportunities to learn more.
You should possess strong clinical confidence, great people skills, solid professionalism, willing to be flexible with job assignments and scheduling, good communicator and of course an awesome person.
