Job Title: Customer Service Representative

General Job Description:

• Answering phones and responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Data/Order Entry/Invoicing
• Assist with clerical/administration duties
• Handle special projects requested by Customer Service Manager
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• E-mail communication

Qualifications:

• Proven Customer Service experience
• EDI platform experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education: High School diploma
