Providence Life Services is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing, Full Time for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living. This schedule is for Full Time and has the ability to become a Hybrid schedule following the completion of introductory period.

The Director of Digital Marketing is primarily responsible for providing strategic planning for, and tactical execution of, a cohesive organizational online presence in order to drive positive interactions across different online channels, and to reach and build engagement with different audiences, including customers, prospective employees, donors, and other interested parties. This work includes directing and managing online content, marketing automation, and digital marketing, as well as using analytical tools in an effort to improve both SEO and social media presence.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Define topics that best reach targeted audiences, develop or secure relevant content, tune content based on channel used.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality and voice, and optimized for user experience.
• Use analytics to track and report key performance indicators to gauge success of content in digital marketing and social media programs.
• Explore ways to identify new online audiences, and continually search for new ways to increase response and conversion rates from the website and other digital efforts.
• Create and implement strategies to grow the organization’s reach and duration of digital relationships including social media.
• An expert user of the core digital platforms for web, email marketing and automation, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Facebook Ads, and CRM.
• Comply with all HIPAA regulations as it applies to our industry with special regard to client privacy.
• Comply with fair housing regulations as they apply to our industry.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Attend and participate in in-service, educational classes, and on-the-job training programs as directed.
• Manage marketing needs for PLS website, Marketing Automation, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile, Facebook Ads and Online Listings and Reviews.

• Required knowledge in web content management, Basic HTML, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, SEM, digital KPIs/Metrics. Also, HTML5, Concrete5 or WordPress.
• Bachelors of Arts in communications/marketing preferred.
