Our company paid marketing and sales system consistently bring in clients who pay our company $2-7,000 per family for in-depth college planning-- all before they start the planning process. This creates a bond of trust, no need for chasing down prospects, and the ability to help the client in their best interest. This candidate will not be responsible for bringing in these clients.

About the position:
This position is urgently needed to help 5-10 new families each month through our proven planning process. You will change their lives by helping the clients with investing their retirement assets, life insurance, liquid savings, budgeting, and planning out future dreams (once licensed). Our focus is helping clients have more fun and help those around them in a significant way throughout their life, not just after retirement.

This position is based out of our Troy, MI office. Many client meetings are held on a virtual basis, so while training is in person, future work can be completed from anywhere.

Depending on experience and skill development, this position will be spending a significant amount of time shadowing and working directly with our Founding Partner, Paul E Compeau, for the first 3-6 months.

Strongly Preferred Candidates will have (not required before hire):

• Experience at a financial company with fundamental knowledge of products
• Series 65, Annuity and Life Insurance Licenses will be required before hire or within 90 days
• Certified Financial Planner CFP Designation within 3 years
• Experience completing financial paperwork for clients
• Sales Experience
